No Security is provided. There are no refunds. Deadline for registration is August 9, 2025. By submitting payment, you agree to follow these rules.
1. I understand and agree that Shelby Shines On Foundation and The Church Covington is in no way responsible for my goods or person during the time that I am at the car show.
2. I agree to leave my exhibit area clean when the festival is over and properly dispose of all waste.
3. I understand that my space will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
4. I understand that all spaces are 10' X 12'. Shelby Shines On/The Church Covington does not supply tents, tables, chairs, etc. All tents should be weighed down. Any additional space needed will need to be purchased at no discount.
5. I understand that electricity (120 volt only) is limited and there will be an additional charge of $15.00 for the use of electricity.
6. I understand that there will be no commission charged on goods sold.
7. All vendor vehicles must be out of the festival area by 9:30.
