The Shelby Shines On Foundation proudly awarded two 2026 scholarships to students whose compassion, kindness, and commitment to inclusion reflect the same light Shelby shared with others every day.

The first recipient of this scholarship is Sanaa Christian, a determined and compassionate student from Eastside High School, whose impressive initiative and peer mentoring skills have significantly impacted her community.
