Vendor registration deadline is August 1, 2026.
Vendor registration fees are non-refundable.
No security will be provided. Vendors are responsible for securing and protecting their own merchandise, equipment, and personal property.
By submitting payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
I understand and agree that Shelby Shines On Foundation and The Church Covington are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, or accidents involving myself, my merchandise, equipment, or personal property during the event.
I agree to leave my exhibit area clean at the conclusion of the festival and properly dispose of all trash and waste.
I understand that vendor spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
I understand that all vendor spaces are 10' x 10'. Shelby Shines On Foundation and The Church Covington do not provide tents, tables, chairs, or other setup materials. All tents must be properly weighted and secured. Any additional space required must be purchased separately and is not eligible for discount pricing.
I understand that electricity (120-volt only) is limited and available for an additional charge of $15.00. No generators will be permitted in vendor areas.
I understand that Shelby Shines On Foundation will not charge commission on goods sold during the event.
I understand that vehicles will not be permitted within the vendor area. I will be prepared to transport my supplies and materials by foot to my assigned vendor space.
I understand that no dogs are permitted to be kept in the vendor area.
I agree that I have read the above Vendor Agreement and will abide by it.*
